Delivery time
Goods will be dispatched via PostNord on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales and public holidays.
When your order leaves our store you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that you can use to track your order.
Costs & Estimated shipping time
Sweden (1 to 2 days business days) – 10€
EU (3 to 5 business days) – 20€
Worldwide (5 to 10 business days) – 30€
Exchange and refunds
Full replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition. You will be responsible to pay for any freight charges for returned goods. Goods on sale will only be refunded for customers within the EU.

Damaged Goods
All parcels sent from Selvage Sweden are insured. If the parcel or good is damaged upon receipt please report this immediately on the spot. If you have already opened the parcel and noticed any damaged please contact Selvage Sweden. For any parcels that are not collected we will invoice you 300 SEK.
When we have received your good we will refund you by crediting your bank account (please provide us with your bank account details). If you wish to exchange your goods please contact us to reserve this item, otherwise you run the risk of the item being sold out before we have time to register the exchange.
